I will be sending a little something in to say thank you to you all when I get a minute, but I just wanted to drop you a quick email to express our thanks for our wedding last Thursday. It was fantastic! You and your team worked so hard to make it such a wonderful day for us and our guests. Everyone I have spoken to has commented on how wonderful and helpful all the staff were, how gorgeous the food was and what a lovely place it was! I have even had a few friends who are not even engaged yet asking me about it! It really was an amazing day! Thank you for all your hard work in preparation an on the day! We will remember it forever!

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and all your staff, but particularly Stephen, for a lovely night on Saturday 3rd March 2012. All of my family and friends commented on the venue and the friendliness of the staff. Stephen was particularly attentive and lovely. Also, the relatives that stayed for the evening loved the facilities and again commented on the attentiveness of the staff. Thanks for making my birthday special, my mum is already talking about having my dad’s 70th there and its two years off!!!!

Further to my visit to the Lakeside Complex last Friday to DJ a wedding, I feel compelled to write in order to thank you personally for your cooperation and kindness. I also wish to express my sincere thanks to every single member of staff on duty that evening, for their willingness to assist me throughout the function.
The level of professionalism and friendly manner extended to myself was absolutely fantastic and very much appreciated. It is not often that all the venue staff are so helpful, and they, together with your self, are definitely a credit to your business.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the Lakeside Adventure Centre for 6 nights, I just want to say that we found it one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in our 30 years of wandering the globe, we have have stayed in lots of 5 stars hotels that we would not rate as highly as yours.
Your staff where so so nice and helpful, a special mention should go to Beverly in the restaurant, her smiling face every morning was the perfect way to start a day.
We will definitely be staying again when we are in Merseyside.

We wish to say a very sincere thank you to you and the whole Team at the Crosby Lakeside Activity Centre who contributed to making our two NQT Conferences so very successful. The Evaluations for both days are excellent and I am happy to provide you with feedback from the participants in terms of the venue as soon as it has been collated.
The facilities at Crosby Lakeside are superb and the food and refreshments provided were first class. We would particularly like you to pass on our thanks and appreciation to Bev, Steven, Chris and the team who looked after us so well over the two days. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with them during what was a busy two days. Thanks also to Mike and his team who, despite the fog on the Thursday morning provided the Outdoor Learning Activities which have also been well evaluated by the participants.
As we have said the Evaluations for both the Conferences are excellent and I will let you have a copy as soon as they are available. We have no hesitation in recommending Crosby Lakeside as a venue to other colleagues.
Thank you again for your help and support in getting the days organised. It was nice to meet you again and we look forward to working with you all again in the future,

Hope you are well. I used the new centre for our Regional Organiser meeting last week (14 plus people) It took place over two days so we stayed overnight.
I wanted to say what a fantastic centre you and your team have – but more importantly what wonderfully friendly and efficient people you have in place. We were all impressed and I would really like you to pass that on.
Unknown to me our team had discovered it was my birthday, your ladies on reception went out of their way to help. One going out in her lunch hour to buy a birthday card and co-ordinate our RO’s signing it. That was so beyond the call of duty and our team were just so grateful (bit hard for them to disappear to do this! I might just have noticed..)
We had a person assigned to us for catering and the food was really good and nothing was too much trouble.
So please make sure that everyone (especially your reception team) received a huge thank you on our behalf. You have turned this centre into a huge success.
We will certainly be recommending it.

Only got back from Honeymoon yesterday otherwise would have emailed you sooner. We want to say thank you so very much for everything you did to make our day so special. When people ask me how my wedding day was all I can say is PERFECT! You put in so many lovely special touches and you understood exactly how important the day was for everybody but especially me and Chris. Thank you for everything again. So many people commented on how fantastic you were, and so organised! Also all of the staff are so friendly and professional. Thank you to all of them so much. I'm sure Crosby Lakeside will be such a popular venue, and I think alot of that is down to you. I'm so glad we chose your venue. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

A note of appreciation to the staff at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre over the weekend. The staff worked really hard to make our meeting a success. Nothing was too much trouble, photocopying sailing instructions etc. I don't wish to single anyone out, you know who was working, and who goes out of their way to make the place come out on top.

Following the recent visit to the Lakeside Centre by myself, my wife and mytwo children, I wanted to share our thoughts with you. We have stayed atmany hotels and hostels over the years but not so many since I was diagnosedwith Multiple Sclerosis. I have a fairly advanced form of the disease andas such have fairly simple but complex needs from a hotel.
I was delighted to find that at no time was I presented with any difficulty, in fact theteam were only too prepared to assist. I was delighted to find that as a wheelchair user every consideration hadbeen made from the spacious rooms, giving me the ability to move around theroom, to the en-suite wet room. The wet room had been designed to enable acarer to assist even if you had fallen against the door by allowing the doorto be opened backwards. I have done many assessments for accessibility andhealth & safety, this venue ticks all the boxes with ease.
The most difficult thing to get right in my experience is the staff. Thestaff needs to be trained and aware of the complexities of dealing with thedisabled community. The team that looked after us again ticked all the boxesand made our stay comfortable and relaxing allowing us to share in theirclear pride in whole project.
We were able to share as a family in the restaurant where I challengeanybody to leave feeling hungry and I have an 18 year old Son who eats forBritain and even he failed to finish! The service was the same as the hotel,faultless. The standard of the cuisine was indicative of the expectationsthat had been created. Suffice it to say we left without disappointment.
I want to thank you for inviting me and my family to stay, we had adelightful break and do not hesitate in recommending any member of thedisabled community to try this venue, they won't be disappointed. Rick Grainger
All management and staff, we just felt we had to drop you a line to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. From the moment we arrived until the time we had to leave you made our stay so memorable.
Every one of you made our trip special and all we had heard and expected from your hotel was fulfilled by the quality of accommodation and professional service you provided. What a wonderful location and what a brilliant hotel, however, any hotel can only be judged by the warm welcome the staff provide and you truly are a wonderful team and both Alison and I wish you every the success for the future. We would like to say a special thank you to you all and a well done for making all our stay a happy occasion that will add to our memories.
