Goal Setting

Our fully qualified instructors can help you in setting and reaching your goals. Beginning with your induction, this session will show you how to get the most out of your fitness programme. Our expert instructors are always available to offer advice and will review your fitness programme.

Lakeside Fitness offers over 40 pieces of equipment including cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and free weights.

Health & Fitness Classes

To complement your fitness suite workout, why not try one of our health & fitness classes, overseen by one of our qualified instructors. Ranging from low impact classes right through to high intensity, there will be something that will suit your requirements.
