We offer programmes for everyone, whether it's a one-off visit, residential programme or a week programme. We help people get the most out of their experience by helping them plan how they tackle a challenge then review what went well and could be improved so they appreciate the progress and development they have made.
We can offer programmes for companies, schools, youth groups, prospective instructors and volunteers.
Corporate Training
Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre provides the perfect location for meetings, conferences, management training, team building and has accessible accommodation in a beautiful and unique location – and this, together with our experienced team makes it the ideal choice for business or pleasure. In addition the centre can provide you with an ideal location to host corporate training for employees or clients alike.
Group Visits
The centre can cater for groups in excess of 100 and will tailor their visit to suit the needs of each individual group using the guidance provided by The Outdoor Education Advisors’ Panel. Group Leaders are encouraged to work with the staff team to plan a comprehensive visit which will not only be safe and fun but will also provide learning opportunities that can be related back to the groups long term aims & goals.
For smaller groups it is possible to take advantage of the onsite accommodation, the centre can cater for a class in its en-suite bedrooms. For more information please contact the centre.
Coaching Qualifications
Have you thought about becoming a coach either to volunteer at your club, as a career change or as a summer job? You can take the opportunity to book onto one of the centres many Coach Education Courses which run throughout the year. The centre will be running all the courses you may require to start you coaching career under the expert guidance of our high qualified and experienced staff. Accommodation is available on site so you can relax in the evening and be ready for another action packed day.
Active Sefton Programmes & Events
Active Sefton offers activities and programmes for you whatever your age or interest. From free holiday activities to programmes that help you increase your level of physical activity, there will be something for you.
